mulberry large vintage black scotchgrain & tan leather holdall

A rare vintage large mulberry travel holdall bag crafted from rich black scotchgrain and beautifully contrasting cognac harness leather. This is a really substantial piece of luggage with a superb very generous capacity. It is carried by two rolled leather handles which fasten together by a studded leather comfort pad. The bag secures by a full length zipper and internally is fully lined in traditional plaid fabric with a zippered pocket to the rear where a rectangular leather label displays the heatstamped mulberry embossing. There are six substantial brass feet to the base to protect from damage when placed on the ground. The holdall comes complete with the original shoulder strap again with leather comfort pad.

condition: gently loved with minimal signs of use. The original clochette comes with the bag, however the original padlock and key are not part of this sale.
