mulberry large chocolate brown congo leather shoulder bag

Fabulous rare large traditional style arched top shoulder bag which has wonderful vintage styling of the tetbury era and reminiscent of a traditional vanity case or ballet bag. The bag is crafted from rich dark brown glossy congo leather and is complimented by brass hardware detaling. A double ended zipper with a leather gusset either end prevents items from falling out when fully open. The interior is fully lined with embroidered satin mulberry tree fabric with a zippered pocket to the rear. The classic circular brass fob is wrapped on a leather lace around the front strap, and has the unique mulberry code on its reverse side. All hardware is solid brass and there are four brass domed feet to the base.

condition: gently loved with some very light signs of use including a few light surface scratches, which will no doubt blend with a fine leather care product.
