To purchase an item from lovehandbags.co.uk, simply click on the add to basket icon on the product description page. Your selection will then show in your shopping basket within the vertical left hand bar on the website. If you wish to purchase another item simply follow this procedure and the shopping basket will display all purchases with a total of all costs (minus postage).
When you are ready to complete your purchase/s click on checkout beneath the shopping basket. You will then be taken to a secure page where you will be required to provide details for billing and delivery. You will also be asked to tick a box if you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, and to then click proceed to the checkout page.

On the checkout page you will be able to review a summary of your purchase/s including postage costs, alongside your submitted billing and delivery details. At the foot of this page you will be asked to ammend any incorrect details (so as to facilitate efficient delivery upon completion of payment), then continue to a secure payment page and choose your method (card type) of payment.

Within our WorldPay secure payment page you will be asked to complete and submit details with reference to your chosen card payment method. By completing the transaction you are fully agreeing to our terms and conditions.
confirmation of order
Upon the successful completion of the transaction process we will forward an email (to the address supplied during checkout) with your order reference number and confirmation of your purchase/s. We request that you please keep this information safe as this may be required for future reference.
availability of stock
Due to the individual or 'one off' nature of many of the items we have on our website, on the rare occasion more than one person may attempt to purchase the same product at approximately the same time. As it takes a brief period to complete the transaction, the item will remain on the website until the purchase is complete. Therefore payment may be taken a second time from another buyer, though the item in question will not be available for the second buyer.
We do apologise in advance if this happens and our customer care team will contact you to make you aware of the situation. We will do our best to locate the same model (if feasible and required) or will issue a refund promptly via the same method in which you originally paid. If you have requested lovehandbags.co.uk to find you a particular item via our personal finder service, we will notify you once in stock, with details and all costs. If you wish to go ahead with the purchase, we will then invoice you accordingly. However if we do not hear and payment has not been received after a period of 10 days, we will place the item in question on our website for general purchase.
